A big favour I'm afraid.

Is there anyone very near Lampeter that would be able to accept delivery of a small outboard engine, @30Kgs, and hold on to it until I can arrange for it to be collected. Might take 2 weeks or so.
Beer tokens are available.

It's on Ebay and I want to bid, but it's a long way from me.
The seller will deliver locally but not arrange a courier.

I live in Llansadwrn about 17 miles south of Lampeter. I've got plenty of space to hang on to it for you and don't mind fetching it (I'd rather a stranger didn't come here and see all my toys) 8)

Oh, and he'll have to be able to give me a lift into the car as I've just had an op and don't want to bust anything trying to lift it by myself. MY2016 SDV6 Graphite in Fuji White....... as I like to see the mud and scratches 🤪

The auction ends tonight, so I'll pop a bid on and let you know.

I'd plan on driving over myself in a couple of weeks to collect it, but he won't hang on to it that long.

Thanks for the offer, but it looks like it wasn't to be.

The auction was ended a couple of hours early with a very low price, perhaps they didn't think they'd get what they wanted for it.
