Hi,
we cannot get the upper tailgate open.
The door switch does work (recently replaced ) you can here the actuator working.
We have prised the lower tailgate trim away and have released the cable (not broken ) from the actuator.
No amount of pulling on the inner cable will release the catch. I have sprayed the lock mech with WD40 and will try again first thing in the morning.
Has anyone any tips or advice on how to release the tailgate?
