The part number is LR007643 and is now obsolete but some suppliers may still have stock. It is (was) very expensive however as it is part of the styling kit! I did find at least one for sale in the USA but if you have a search yourself you might have some luck finding something closer to home! Good luck!

Yes, its part of a Land Rover"styling kit" for early D3`s

There was also a rear bumper section.
When I had my D3, I bought the full kit, fitted the rear section and sold on the front bumper.
But that was many years ago.
