Discovery 4 Front propshaft play? Video

?si=goPidMb_62y5ivnE

Check the link above to my YouTube upload from under the car

How much play should a front propshaft have on a d4?

What candy happen when to much play occur?
Vibration?
Sound?

Sounds kinda klunky, should I only try to push some more grease in it or just order a new one asap?

rear prop is already replaced cause of center bearing.

Thanks

i wouldn't say there was anything wrong they all need play inside them but unless you have a problem relating to the front prop i wouldn't worry too much about it and if you are worried then the only solution is to either strip the cv joint down or just replace with a new prop

ps the play could be the diff also
 please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

Thx for Reply,

No play on diff.

I'm looking for vibration in front, could this be the cause?

Why does it sound so clunky isn't it supposed to be full of grease?

When does your vibration come and go?

Pretty sure it's my new tyres tough general grabber at3.

Rear propshaft Is replaced,

Was just thinking if someone knew if their front propshaft is super tired?

Apperently you don't seem to think so?

Anyone else want to chime in on front propshaft, and their experience?

Anything else knows to give vibration around 110-120kmh?

Just curious and trying to learn really. Is wheel balancing too obvious?

Not taken the bash plate off but I can get a similar noise from mine. I too am chasing a vibration and am now suspecting the front prop shaft. Rear is recent and has no movement or noise.
