Decent installer in Kent?

Looking for recommendation of a place in Kent who is competent to install a waterproof pa horn (that I already have) in the big gap inside the front o/s bumper gap.

There seems to be plenty of space there but accessing it is too tough for me - I had a go this morning but ran out of talent part way through removing the inner wheel arch and had to put it all back.

Thanks in advance.
