CD shuttle problem - Centurion / Gauteng

My Motorite extended motor plan does not cover the radio, and now the CD shuttle (HSE radio) does not play any CDs -- gives error note as soon as CD is inserted and played from any of the 6 positions. Ideas on where do I take it to in the Centurion or wider Gauteng area? Thanks!

No cure yet Sad . LR Centurion directed me to Independent Car Radio in Centurion -- "the only guys we use" -- but they do not work on any CD shuttle Big Cry . Will keep searching... Any ideas from anybody?

Is it giving a shuttle "shuffle" error or a read error ?

If the later have you tried a standard (good quality) cleaning disc ?

I suppose a read error: it plays a CD for a minute or so, then stops and seems to try to read data for a while, after which the message "Invalid disc" is displayed. Tried cleaning it, but will get a better quality cleaning disc and try again.
