Camera/Reverse sensors

Hi
D4 XS 2012 model year when we go into reverse the sensors beep and it flashes on the info screen "camera unavailable". It doesn't have a camera . Been back to the dealer 2 times and they reset everything it lasts for a few hours or a day then back to square one.
Any ideas folks

Thanks

Now fixed eventually. It turned out to be a front sensor

Dead thread resurrection

Hi All,

I have the above issue...

According to my IID Tool, its the rear left sensor. Is it just a case of swapping it and everything should come back on as if by magic?

Are they easy enough to swap out? Couldn't find a how to in the search.

Also, whilst I think about, the other fault code said the Audio system configuration hadn't been finished? or something to that effect. Any ideas how to sort that? Everything works fine, just bugs me there's a 'fault'.

Cheers
