Has anyone changed one of these?
Ok so whilst checking a top egr blanking plate as it was not tight I noticed a bit of coolant. Now discovered what it is, coolant thermostat housing, see pic. Wondering if anyone has changed one and the procedure. Thanks.

most disco owners have changed these
fairly easy to change,
the only silly thing is that the rear seal to the cooler isn't supplied with it and not easy to track down

I’ve never had the “privilege” of changing one of those but I’ve changed one of these instead

I then looked at the other part number and went through them one by one
OEM reference number(s) comparable with the original spare part number
OEN 1981 71 — CITROËN
OEN 1665178 — FORD
OEN W 700100 S300 — FORD
OEN 1981 71 — PEUGEOT
The Ford part number comes up at £1.30 each , alas seller is away till 20/1/22
