Another service cost thread
I'm soon going to have to book my D4 in for it's second service.
Does anyone know what sort of prices main dealers are charging for this at the moment?MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added
MY2019 D5 HSE 3.0 SDV6 - sold to a dealer for a crazy price! - So good I bought another!
MY2012 D4 HSE 3.0 SDV6 - retired to a new home

As it happens I dropped my D4 off at the dealers earlier today as the park brake is binding whilst I was waiting I saw the service price list and I believe the 2nd year service was somewhere around £565.

Just corrected price, remembered that the 3rd year was about £465 and the 2nd years was about a £100 more.
I can double check when I collect the D4 but that might not be until later in the week as they could not fit mine into Friday, but said if I left it with them and they get a mechanic free before, they would look at it.

Got 2 quotes from main dealers a fortnight ago ..... £585 and £590
Edit to add,if you find yourself up Newcastle way,I took mine to Team Valley LR.They are a "service only" outfit and were approximately £200 cheaper,as they don't have an expensive showroom to pay for "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
