Geoff,

Just tried calling you again. Turns out the leak was a badly fitted/faulty oil filter.

This could well mean I get the car back before the weekend. I'll keep you posted. If the spaces are gone before I can confirm then so be it, but I should find out tomorrow if I can come down.

Cheers, Liam

**EDIT** Getting the car back today so I'll be there

Top job gents!
Showed up with an engine fault message on the dash which my wife only informed me it hadcome on yesterday as I walked out the door to head to BAS.

Geoff and Flack diagnosed a seized turbo actuator within a minute or two and set about sorting it out whilst the gearbox cooled.

First class, very impressed.
Gearbox flush, BAS remap and Xenon enablement.
It goes like stink! Made me laugh out load when I have it some beans down the slip road to the A1

Was great to meet Pete Bell and two of the names from the forum that provide so much advice, and also had some crack with lincslandy, eebygum and gunny
Good day
Thanks!

Evening guys.
Was good to make "first contact" today and meet up with all present.
Work done is great and thanks for the opportunity to pick collective brains & move further from constant paranoia towards enjoyment! Laughing
Will be in touch about the further work presently.
Cheers again to all.

Thanks to Geoff for flushing my gearbox today and getting my flappy paddles to work, top bloke. Played with the paddles a few times on the way home, gearbox feels smoother, one happy bunny.

Big thanks to Flack for helping Geoff with my sump guard bolts.

Nice to meet Simon, Liam and Shaun also, hope you all had a safe journey home.

Thanks to Pete Bell for letting us all use his workshop and tie it up for most of the day Thumbs Up

Top Class blokes.

It was good to meet everyone on Saturday and put some faces to names.

Really pleased with the car after the flush. With the long drive home there was very little difference, but that wasn't the problem - this was the short journeys when the car is stone cold.

So yesterday and this morning doing the usual 3 minute journeys, there was a notable difference in changes. No more hanging onto lower gears etc. and silky smooth changes.

Also the wife is over the moon with the timed climate. Car was toasty warm this morning Thumbs Up

Just to add to the praise for Geoff and Flack, grand job done by both on my humble D3 S.

Great to meet other members, very jealous of Sudds and Liam's D4's though....

Thanks again.
