Yet ANOTHER anti-4x4 issue on the Beeb..

...on Breakfast News this morning, about how 4x4's are the most unreliable cars around. Twisted Evil A good argument put forward by Quentin Wilson that this is all a conspiracy theory aiming to drive us away from off-roaders. A safety campaigner was providing the case against, saying how dangerous they were for other road users - presumably not that dangerous if they're always in a garage being repaired..... Rolling Eyes

I've just watched that myself - Silly mare didn't even know what a Mercedes S class is. Some expert eh?

Although she tried to deny it, she admitted it's a class war by calling 4x4s a "symbol".

She also failed to acknowledge that any car on the school run is poluting and only picked on the 4x4s.

I get the impression that she got her job by sycophantically sucking up to Red Ken.

Nice to see that the presenters were not on her side for a change though.

I saw it, and think that 4x4's came out very well. It was not the usual BBC Bias.
