| WTD - Advise on which caravan to hire |

Thinking about hiring a caravan instead of camping at a two day family festival in Aug (Belladrum) and as the minimum hire is a week thought we might pitch at Glenmore for a few nights beforehand.
One company already said it won't hire for festivals (insurance) so won't mention this when I book. Does seem daft - we're in our forties with a young child and would think the commercialisation of festivals would see hire companies actively target this market.
Anyway, I think a fixed bed is best, but should we go for the Award or Lexon 4 berth model? The Lexon has a shower that is separate to the loo, which must be better.
Owing to the original company turning us down we'll probably need to tow half the length of the country instead of picking up in Scotland, but differences in hire rates should offset the extra fuel costs.
I would welcome advise/opinions on the above or on caravans in general. VR6 > 330D Touring > D3 HSE > !?XC90?!
