What could be wrong with ABS?

I have three warning lights now instead of the fifty recently. They are HDC unavailable, DSC unavailable and emergency brake unavailable.
The common factor here is the ABS system of course BUT I have no ABS warning and the wheel sensors are all ok.
I have seen from the IID tool that if you change a master cylinder or brake cylinder than there is some reset procedure. All I have ever done is bleed the brakes.
Is it possible that bleeding has led to this, whatever it is, and causing the ABS to throw and error?
thanks
