Well done D3 - I'm a little surprised to see the margin between the D3 and RRS considering the mechanics are basically the same. What was the poll criteria?Loving the power of the TDV8!

VA Reading on it would appear that the RRS did not have a rear locker and the D3 did so the opion would be it would have been closer (a bit) but the low stance, approach / departure angles let is down as well

The curbs are not that high in Sloan Square so approach and departure angles were kept to a minimum... apparently

In LRW's "sister" 4x4 mag they tested 12 offroaders and the D3 came 1st and the RRS 5th. They didn't mention there that the D3 had the optional rear diff locker installed. Strikes me that that wasn't quite a level playing field.Disco 4 TDV6HSE
