So this purchase didn't go to plan for various reasons owing go into on here but I am still trying to get my deposit back now.

So the hunt continues although my 'dealer' experience is enough to put me right off so looking privately now and think I might have found another so watch this space.

Thanks for everyone help and advice through this, we will get there in the end!
