I think the hidden winch setup is very interesting. How does LR's winch kit wire up to the car? I'm just curious to see if I could do a Hidden winch setup (seems to be the best setup out there) but mimmick the LR wiring to keep it as simple as possible.

There is only two wires that come down to the winch control box a +12v that you can take from the Battery + terminal, it has a spare M8 thredded hole already there. The negative really needs to come from the battery terminal as well but this might be hard to do without modifing the LR Negative cable, a good second choice would be to follow the battery negative wire to it's other end at the chassis and pick it up there.
