Wiring Roof Rack Lights

i just got a rover racks ( http://roverracks.com/DIIIVR.htm ) voyager roof rack and have 4 Hella Rallye 4000's that i am wiring up i was wondering if any of you had some knowledge you could share with me with where to put the wiring harness through the firewall and where to place the switches
