I must be one of the lucky ones here.
My Wifey is more into “Landy’s†I think than I am !!
We have discussions about what iPod solution is best, what alloys suit which model, colour choices, spec’s etc etc.
She loves to help when I’m working on my Landy. In fact this weekend we’ve planned to put front fog lights on the Td5 we have here & we will do this, without arguments & thoroughly enjoy the project.
Jaysus guys, now I’m starting to get paranoid that perhaps I’m living in Stepford
You have the perfect woman - does she cook and do the ironing too?Loving the power of the TDV8!

Zebadee - i'd hate it if Mrs.10 was into landies - it's the only time I get to myself!
...and I get to choose what colour and where things go

DG - your conversation is very similar to what goes on in my house.
I now tend to ambush her in front of her family - my plan to get her to agree to the recent wheels purchase worked a treat!
There's always a payback though - I did have to fork out for a new digital camera JUST for her last weekend Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Well looks like it's not just me then. Except for Zebadee every one of us suffers at the hands of "er indoors" because of our indulgence. Never mind, if it means I have to give a little to be able to take a bit, then so be it. Nice to see that we're "normal"
Love her to bits really.
Small carrier bag sized bits actually.

Guess I'm a lucky one She has no problem with this site in fact she enjoys the banter, And posted on my behalf whilst I was in Morocco. She joins in the events that are organised with gusto and even cooks when we are up at Boughrood. Oh and she is my Co Driver in this years Morocco event. Marie In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

No actually I quite enjoy it really. There’s a Freelander in the offing for her & we’re pouring over the brochures & options list coming up with the best spec / colour etc.
All & all quite a cool situation really 8)

The reality is that we celebrate our 25th anniversary this August, and I'm happier now than I've ever been. She fills my world with fun and laughter and works so hard to make me happy. Life wouldn't be worthwhile if I couldn't share it all with her. She takes the p s out of me and my obsessive behaviour towards both my D3 and fishing, but tries hard to find the best holiday places with fishing nearby.
She laughs at me rather than moans I spose, maybe it's me that needs to sort myself out.
Why bother though, I like it just how it is.

Sometimes. More .Did you think I would leave you crying,
When there's room in my D3 for 7,
Climb in here Joe we'll soon be flying,
I can go just as fast with 7.
