Which Insurance Companies Include Off-Road Cover
I've just had my renewal quote from LR Insurance which is actually a bit lower than last year
However just to make sure that I can't do better I want to get a few other quotes before I renew. I rang Adrian Flux this afternoon and they were over £200 more expensive until I told them that I had a RLD sump plate fitted at which point they couldn't provide cover at all because of the modification
I do need off road cover for work (and play). Last year NFU were ridiculously expensive, is there anyone else worth trying?
LRI are about the only one that do it at a reasonable cost that I've been able to find in the past (haven't bothered trying others for the past few years) and they're not bothered by non-performance enhancing mods.
My renewal with them went down by over £200 this year (though I did move 130 odd miles )The End

They are becoming very competitive nowadays ...my last renewal was the cheapest I've paid in 10 years 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

NFU, plus my premium dropped by over £200 over last years. Tried LRIns but they wouldn't even consider a remapped D3.

It's funny how these insurance companies work. I phoned NFU and they wouldn't insure me as I had mods and wanted off road insurance. I ended up with Adrian Flux, as they covered all my mods as well as insurance while off road.

Got a list of mods on mine as long as your arm and NFU are fine with them. Seems to depend on the individual office. Similarly with LRIns, some have no problem with a remap, I've never got anywhere.
