Geoff - Did it fit ok in the LHS ? are they the same dimentions as the Yellow Tops ?

Still only 55ah but good cca
Got quoted 209 & 189 for a yellow top just couldn't justify that on a aux battery so went for the exide after reading the reviews and speaking to a few people

Just out of interest, why would you be happier with a high cranking power, but lower Ah on an auxiliary battery?

i suppose you could come up with the answer to that paul
i will adapt and use one of wiggs leads and use it as a jump start battery if ever needed.

Is it purely based on cost and using a cheaper battery? If so, then I can understand your thinking

battery turned up today and it fits i,ve had to adapt the bracket cause i didnt like the way it fitted will put pictures up later
