Are you refering to the hot and cold valves on the front or is ther another way to adjust the pressure, surely the pump is struggling with the back pressure cause by something, water seems to hot as well A few mods... and keeping it all running...Faultmate MSV2

It's like an electric shower .. It heats up the water as it goes through the unit . If you turn down the water flow .. The water will heat up more .
But by turning down the water .. The pump will then pulse as it pumps more than you are using . ( bringing in the pressure switch )
I can just about get it to flow without too much pulsing with the tap fully open .
Ideally I should have a small expansion tank G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Or adjust the pressure switch on the pump.
I use a submersible whale pump for mine with an inline whale pressure switch.

Thanks Wiggs for the replies, I seem to have cured it by changing the shower head supplied with the unit for different one, realy bad quality. I got constant supply now
Hanechdene no option to adjust the pressure switch on the Shurflo as far as I can see only the shutdown time(which should be a pressure switch as well, it clearly say that on the adjustment screw plate) when the flow is blocked by closing the tap. Will test on the weekend and report back. A few mods... and keeping it all running...Faultmate MSV2
