Passed you before Exeter and also when turning back for home after the traffic ground to a halt at Taunton M5 dropping onto the A38. 
I had to cancel my meeting in Bristol as it was clear I would not get there even though I left home a hour earlier than needed!

Wasn't me, but know what you mean, I hit the traffic at Taunton Deane around 11.45, slow drag from then on, every service area there was queues to get off and on. Still had the same three vehicles around me that was next to me at Taunton till I managed to get on to the M4 at Bristol.
