Well done to Ripon Landrover
Well I have to say thank you and well done to Ripon Land rover this afternoon.
I got some new tyres fitted this afternoon but when the tyre fitter tried to winch up the spare, the winch wouldn't lift it.
The winch was turning but not lifting. For me, this was actually quite a problem because my boot is always full of kit for work so I wouldn't be able to carry a spare wheel until it was fixed and I needed my boot loaded again for work tomorrow. This would mean having to unload it all again to replace the winch
So, at 4.30pm I left the tyre place and phoned the dealers. They had a winch and if I could get there before 5.30pm they would fit it straight away. I got there just after 5pm and left with a new winch fitted about 5.30pm.
Best of all, it was covered by the warranty so nothing to pay.
Well done guys. MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added

Good stuff
Only place I ever take mine, I'm personally looked after by Peter (Service Manager).
Have been introduced and met most of his team and I even have a designated mechanic assigned to work on my LR.
Peter goes out of his way to promptly accommodate any issues that I may have, at any time.
He even provides me use of his personal vehicle on loan.
Top marks to Ripon Land Rover. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧
< ‘tis but a mere scratch …….. it’ll polish out.
