Soon to be a D3 owner
Hi All
After running a D2 TD5 for 11 years, I am about to pick up a D3 HSE this week and looking forward to a more civilised experience!
Cheers all,
Jez

Hi Found this site through my daughter and son-in-law who have a Disco 3. I've just bought a 2005 one TODAY!! I'd be very grateful if anyone can point me to a Disco specialist who can fit a new cam belt and upgrade the oil pump. In Dumfries and Galloway, or in Norfolk/Lincs. I've also read of Flack. Has anyone contact details for him?? All best Flinka
Not wishing to take business of the venerable Flack (and very happy to endorse him, great bloke) but you're only an hour-ish away from MMP Land Rover in Dundee ... Disco-Mikey on here..

New Disco3 HSE Westminster owner
Hi
I am the new owner of a 2006 TDV6 HSE Westminster.
My 1st question is does anyone have any info on a Disco Westminster. I cant find any info on the net.
It is a real spec as I have the original sales receipt.

Hi,
I have been gleaning the DISCO3 site for a while looking for tech advice - thought it was time I joined.
On my 3rd D3, two new in the noughties and bought a 2009 D3 HSE last year as a get out of trouble vehicle. We live c 700 ft up and often been snowed in or drowned particularly when westerlies blow.
Been involved with Landies since my childhood. Still have a 1953 S1.
Wife took to tearing around in a tuned S3 LW until I stopped her on safety grounds.
Great site, particularly enjoy the tech articles, well sourced and informative.
Done the usual with latest D3, has detailed and correct service history, 140,000+ on clock. Rectified probs with parking sensors, flushed auto box, changed diff oils, upgraded some lights to LED. Just developed a EPB problem - releases OK when I drive off in reverse or forward but won't release using EPB switch.
Cheers,
Greg

A warm welcome to all the new members
Monkeyman1 - if you have specific queries or points you want advice on then I would suggest posting a new topic in the relevant section of the forum and I'm sure some clever people will offer their views Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector
Limo Tint
Blackvue front & rear dashcam
Cruise control switch pack
Bodsy's remote for FBH

Hi!
New member here, based in Coventry. I’m Rob and I’m seriously considering a D3 for a bunch of reasons, and more so now that my friend has bought one which I really like. I’ve been lurking here for a while, learning all I can about what to look for, so thanks everyone for all the really useful info!
