My weekend toy has to go! |
|
Like kevinlally the size of the D3 means that my weekend toy has to go
It is a Porsche 944 B reg full leather interior.
V long MOT (which it sailed through)
I know it is not stricly D3 but is only going because of the lack of room now with the D3 ( wasn't so bad with the TD4)
Will be sad to see it go but has been fun.
Good price if anyone is interested.

I think you might have your wires crossed! I've never had a weekend toy, except if you class the D3 - I only get to drive it at weekends as I enjoy the pleasure of Virgin XC to commute during the week.
[Round here it's fighting talk to suggest that someone is the size of a D3...]
Good luck selling the car though. Discovery 3 tdv6 7 seat Buckingham Blue
Had it since new - sold Jun 17 after 12 years and 214,000 miles

My weekend toy has to go also.... maintenance costs are through the roof, MPG is pants, some dilapidation of the bodywork, good strong chassis though. Engine's fine even though the mileage is a bit high...
So, any interest?
oh, sorry, forgot to mention, its Mrs.10

Hi Kevinally
No sorry did't mean that you have run out of room, but wasn't it you that was selling his Galaxy because of the arrival of your D3.

Yes it was - although I've not met anyone who would class a people carrier as a 'weekend toy'!
As I am far too tight to simply part-ex cars, it took me a few weeks to get rid of the old banger. I finally did alright out of it though to the tune of about £1,000 more than the px offer. Discovery 3 tdv6 7 seat Buckingham Blue
