| webatso pre heater. how to check it is working? |

Last night temps fell to -5'c and when turning the key the pre-heater didn't appear to kick in to play, no smoke or anything. I am sure it was cold enough for it to be working.
How to check this is working as would be a useful tool in cold days?? as sometimes the car struggles to start.
I have read somewhere on the forum about checking the fuses, removing and replacing. I can't remember which it is??
Any help would be great.
