Webasto FBH overhaul

Hi
Just did a overhaul on my fbh, changed the burner and cleaned the burner housing.
It was to be honest a hell of a job! Thanks to the wiki section here!!

However, the fbh wont start, i have done a hard reset, cleared all fauls on iidtool. It all seems good.
During startup i can see on iidtool all looks good for 20 sec, then all shuts off.
Any ideas on this? Is there any way to force start it with iidtool?, check operation and prime works fine, but dosent start it.

What is the outside temp? It needs to be below 6 degC to start, although looking at your location this might not be the issue Rolling Eyes

It has been between 2 and 5c during testing... Since it has a original remote, shouldnt it start with a press of the ON button regardless?

You might need to prime it again with IID. Also make sure you have more than 1/4 tank of diesel. If you're not getting any faults logged it can't be very much preventing start up!

Thanks for your help:)
Primed it several times now, and it starts up and runs for some seconds during IID test. Not sure if it
S suppose to run longer on that test. Noticed a lot of diesel dripping out of exhaust, guess thats normal after priming?

Had 15c in the garage, guess ill just have to wait for colder weather..

The D3 needs to be 6 degC or lower to enable start up but I'm not sure if that is the case for the D4. I am assuming it is, but if not it won't be long before someone will clarify!
