Webasto don't start

Hello...
My webasto is not leaving this morning when it would have been
Beneficial🙏
Temperature of -5 ° ... go tank with just 1/4 full
Cannot start webasto ...
I think there was not enough go ..
Tell me .. Thank you for your feedback

Was the low fuel light on? As far as I know the programming for the heater works off this, not just a fuel level sense
