Need above to follow thru an open source template, need alittle bit of flash programming (ie banner and flash photo gallery, icons etc) and CMS so that I can update etc. Not a huge budget but willing to pay for a prof looking finish, also need it SEO just get him up the rankings:thumbsup:
Have copywriter at hand, have logo graphics and all photos etc, not heavy on text, around 5-7 pages excluding flash photo gallery
