I had that issue. It was down to roof water drain being blocked and eventually draining via roof lining on to front footwell. Check roof drains for blockages at the front of electric roof window runners- assuming you have one! Water should drain away quickly.
Try this first.

Could be sun roof drains. Star shaped ends to the tubes collect crap and stop the water flowing, as yours is a 2006 I would be surprised if that has not already been taken care of. If it hasn't snip the end of the tubes to help the flow. Easy drivers side, PITA passenger side. Pollen filter housing is another favourite area.

Have you fitted the up dated A pillar kit correctly?

Had a new windscreen fitted recently?

LR dealer should really have checked all this, but as the plug in diagnostics would not have shed any light and helped them out on such issues, there is a good chance they're none the wiser Whistle

How do you park your car? Nose up, nose down or flat?

did you try what I posted on your previous thread, take off A pillar and loosen roof lining and run a hose over it? Only way to spot the problem on my 2010 d4 (gone now)

This is all very worrying. Have had most of the water ingress issues with my D3 which I've managed to resolve. Can't believe LR are still having issues making water tight vehicles. Maybe by the time the D5 hits the road they may have cracked it Rolling Eyes

Have you checked the air con drain pipes alngside the centre console?
Are yu loosing any water out of cooling system?
Check the "A" pillar outter covers, when new windscreen fitted to my last D4 they snapped the top locating pin off which allowed water in, was found very quickly and windscreen company replaced both and all clips FOC
The location pin is right at the top of the trim and is about 25 mm long and part of the mounlding, easy to miss if you did not know it was there

Same issue

I am having a similar problem in my 2005 HSE. I park my Landie up my drive which is on a slope nose up as they say. I get water coming into the passenger side & it fills the sill in the rear full of water. I did check the pollen filter & the last time Autoglass came out I got them to bond the scuttle panel to the windscreen that keep the filter dry.

So I suppose my question is around my footwell remains dry when nose pointed down the slope so does that point to a specific area where water is coming in?
