Have been having the same problem with our HSE - still
Water is just in front passenger footwell, but runs under treadplate front to back (appx 1.5 - 2" deep) on passenger side. Car is currently in our local dealers (has been just over a week) were they have dried it all out, and had dash off etc. They have apparently found the leak location and sealed it.
Don't no full details yet, but will find out tomorrow when we collect it as to what has been done etc.
Will update this thread with info.
This is the 2nd time it's been in for this, first time they thought they'd done it - replace the passenger side front windscreen finishers and the black trim that goes across windscreen as the clips etc had snapped off - this appeared to fix it for a while, but it came back again - hence back in.
No where else is wet, just the base of the passenger carpet footwell/treadplate.

Just a guess, but bulkhead grometts would be worth a look.
Also, does anyone know the routing of the pipe for the rear washer, used to fail on audi cars and fill the footwell.

sorry for delay in update - didnt't get car back that night due to another issue with aircon/heating unit - Prog switch flashing at ignition startup - indicating a fault apparently. We had noticed this, but though it was just some startup sequence the system was going through .
Anyway according to the Engineer, the leak issue was due to a body seam/vent not working/being sealed properly. They have had whole dash out trying to find it, so hopefully this will be it and no more wet feet.
Ac issue due to stuff vent direction motor, computer saying one thing, motor vent indicating other - this has been fixed too

I had a similar problem turned out to be kinked aircon breather, is the liquid colourless and odourless. This eliminates some possibilities.
Cant help on location as it was done by waranty.

In the LHD models, the rear-washer tube comes through the grommet in the bulkhead with the wiring loom (the one below the clutch-cable grommet) and then goes in the the cable run under the drivers door sill. If you remove the lower trim panel above the pedals, it's quite easy to see/touch. 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham Blue
