warranty what do i do

hi there i have a 57 plate disco 3 love her to bits she as done 107000 mls and I have no warranty but i am a hgv mechanic do i just do all my own repairs or should i look at getting some waranty on her as i keep reading about engines going bang lr av done all the servicing and the extended waranty ran out in november and so far no probs any advise would be a great help

cant see what you can do differently to a LR tech apart from having the car plugged in to diagnostics at yer LR dealer periodically to have any software updates and fault codes read.

If yer handy with a spanner, might get yerself registered on topix for all yer handy workshop manuals etc. Thumbs Up

cheers for that I do have the hawkeye but I am looking at getting bbs diagnosticas just waiting to see how there new product turns out but at the moment I am waiting for some one to get rid of the egr valves Sad
