Warranty and EGR

My warranty company are refusing to cover the cost of replacing the EGR valves, has anybody claimed? They say they will not pay as they have carbon build up on them? D3 2.7 TDV6 Man HSE

Had an egr replaced last Autumn, Land Rover Extended Warranty. No bother and no questions at all.

I also had an egr replaced under landrover assist warranty no problems, perhaps your warranty is not worth a light! Have you had any other claims or is this the first?

AA warranty 5 star cover wont replace or pay out for EGR's. doesnt matter what level the policy but they just refuse to cover them
