they are all on the official LR owners site, i think it costs £8 for a days access and you can print the lot out and dump on the dealers desk, they will try to wriggle out of doing them / you so be warned!

Pom,
You seem to be pretty down on LR dealers and Apple products; did a salesman drop an iPod on your foot?
YLR did a small job on mine out of warranty period when I dropped it in for a check; LR spec'd and free of charge. Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

You haven't experienced the majority of the big chain UK dealers
As for apple I just pointed out they were overpriced compared to the competition, didn't stop me buying an iphone though

Goffie01, where are you taking it ?
If Shukers in Ludlow, they are very good and should not need prompting with TSB's from the GTR site. They are NOT a stealer, but a very well run, friendly crew and nearly all Landie people.
Just tell them and they will deal with it accordingly. I've never had an issue with them for the last nearly 10 years.
Unless your seats (cloth I assume) are really bad, I would not bother. Had mine done under warranty and they are already creased again. Makes no difference in operation or comfort to me so not that bothered now.
The EPB will be adjusted as part of the service, if there is a fault it should be covered under warranty. If its out of adjustment, then I assume its re-adjusted as part of the service.
The horn is not a TSB notified issue AFAIK, it would just be a fault - again warranty fix.
Sticky steering wheel will depend on how bad it is, mine is going too at 9 and 3 o'clock. Not too bad yet but I have pointed it out to them. They are happy to submit a claim to LR. LR ultimately will decide to change the wheel, not the dealer.
If you have any issues then LRCS is where to start as its up to them (LR) to approve all warranty claims. A dealer will either get approval ahead of time (given enough notice by you) or seek approval during the work. They have to buy all parts and then claim back for the cost and a standard labour charge.

Unfortunately i have a service contract with Guy Salmon A45 Coventry so its going there for service. Just wanted them to do the work while they had it. I wont know if theres an issue until it goes in. Fingers crossed.

I do not have the proper access to GTR anymore, I can only see TSB title, not context.
There is a new TSB (dated 9 Feb 2009) LTB00203 Driver Air Bag Module Distorted, maybe this one you are looking for (somebody with full subscription can look into it).
I could not find anything relating to sticky steering wheel.
