Hmmm. I don't know the answer to most of those questions, however it is for local indie rates. I know I need to have some sort of cover as it's cost an arm and a leg so far. The rest of the email is:

Just ask for what's on my list. Have a look at the WD website to see what No Betterment is, great if you are high ish mileage. Will be a much better level of cover, esp dealer rates. Gives you more options. Also mention here for "club" discount.

Also have a mooch through the Fin & Ins section, lots in there on haggling with WD for what's included and costs. Quite a few peeps here with them so lots of info in there.

They tend to say that if you want dealer rates, then the car must also be serviced by a dealer. I got them to agree and confirm in writing that I could have dealer rates but use a 4x4 indie for the servicing.
As said above. Haggle hard.. Selling my wifes Audi A3 2.0LTR FSI DSG Sport to help pay for her D3
