All the warnings again

I posted this in a different section but no nearer a resolution so maybe other folk read this section.
Start the car after a couple of days idle and get these warnings ABS, HDC, EBA, gearbox fault, check engine, EPB, fuel low, no special programs, speedo not working fuel gauge not working, system error, battery fault, limp mode etc etc

Cleared the faults but IID Tool would not always connect or clear faults (update failed). After a few goes, everything cleared and all is back to normal - until the next time no doubt

The fault list is comms errors and some random B and P codes which seem to change each time except for the BMS error

B11DB-87 (2A) Battery monitoring module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
B00D2-87 (AE) Restraint system malfunction indicator 1 - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message

ANY ideas at all?
thanks

What condition is your battery in? Didn’t they flash up as you started the car?

Four weeks old and no, the car starts OK and then when I start to move I can get two feet of 100 yards and the lights go on. I wondered if it was due to moving or going into Drive but I can't repeat this. It is not due to anything obviously loose since i have tried this on rough ground

P0700-00 (2A) Transmission control system (malfunction indicator lamp request)

But only occasionally and I actually have none at all most of the time.

yes, the ground cable is tight and looks brand new

The alternator gives a good amperage and on live I can see it going up to 100 amps and 45% load if I switch everything on

A week ago I had the impression the positive cable was very slightly loos so I tightened it to the point I thought it would break. The car was fine for a week though it is hard driving with your fingers crossed and praying it doesn't stop..and then it did yesterday.
I cannot connect cause and effect in any way

The most irritating thing is that I can say 'OK' to all the warning lights but I can't change the suspension height since it says it lowers 'for safety' - this includes at 110KMPH btw

Is there a definitive description of how to actually test a battery of the LR4. My battery is new and it starts and runs OK but ig get the impression this fault could be related to the battery and that the LR4 is hypersensitive.

thanks

Battery tested in the car 12.35 volts engine stopped
Engine running 14.6v

Live values 14.8v, 90 charged, 4 amps battery current, 58 amps alternator and 32% alternator load

sound OK?

My battery has struggled to stay above 12v for 4 years now, so may not be the culprit here.

I believe it can also matter at what point you check the battery. My Bosch battery, fairly new, stop start working fine never reads over 12.4V when I put the plug in tester into the cigarette lighter soon after opening the car.

My thoughts too but I don't know why. I have been assuming that since it is new it can't be goosed but I bought a new Toyota years ago, went home and next day it was flat so it certainly happens.
What should the voltage be?
