| Warn spot lights on my expo rack |

 Can anyone advise me please on how to change the bulbs on the Warn spot lights........
Also i would like to upgrade the bulbs to 160/90 watt h4 type  are they ok? and can the electrics handle it

Can anyone advise me please on how to change the bulbs on the Warn spot lights fitted to my expo rack........
