I'm located in Norway and want to buy an IID TOOL BT.
Used or new.
I have no idea how it works when it's locked to one vehicle, so if yyou are selling a used one, please tell me.

Most UK retailers will ship them, sales@rimmerbros.com, island4x4, lrdirect.co.uk, to name a few or direct from the makers gapdiagnostics.com do a web search to confirm, there is no problem getting them transferred or registered to a vehicle. It can when others can't,
