I seem to remember a forum member tried selling me a Forward cross bar, I will send you his details by PM so that you stand a chance in owning it, if he's still got it

Yes I too was informed the cross-bar is the same as the D2 bars.
If you end up making you own, take a look in my gallery here
There's a plan and details of dimensions and what I did to make a floor similar to the original, there are also some pictures of the end product on the D3 in the same gallery as well as some pictures of the neoprene skirt I fitting to reduce noice and improve MPG after fitting the floor.LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Me and DiscoStu a while back was gonna buy a pair of D2 cross bars between us, they did'nt fit!!!!!

So you regret selling me your rack now Dented . Hope you didnt pay more than what you sold me yours for
In the end I sold the rack before I got round to buying a crossbar LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
