Simon,
What ever goes wrong with your car someone else is or has been in the same boat and has usually posted about it on here. Generally the parts are the cheap bits so if you have a go yourself you can save a fortune Thumbs Up
Nick,
I will ask him what he did differently. IIRC he removed more of the centre console which made getting "Tim" out easier! Laughing Seems with everything on the D3 there are several ways of getting to the end goal! Fortunately mine still has warranty but that wont last forever!!

Hi Nick,

I can't PM you as I haven't posted enough but do you still have the manual you wrote for changing the blend motors?

Cheers.

Hi all
I'm having a similar issue, the A/C works fine and the blowers blow, but although the driver has a choice of anywhere between freezing and boiling, the passenger side is limited to somewhere between freezing and tepid Sad
It obviously doesn't take a genius to work out that I've got a blender issue, and I'm sure that if I shoved the endoscope down the vent I'd manage to find the offending flap, but what I don't know is how much of a pain it's likely to be changing the servo and/or flap. Even harder since I have no idea of where it is.
Can anybody please point me in the right direction?
