| valet function not working propperly, and navigation issue |

hy,
sinds 2 months the owner of a D4 my13 8)
but now when i want to put in cordinates and pres "ok" for route calculating there doesn't happen anything ? i switched of the car, tried when the car was running... just nothing 
also i discovered the valet function in the ownerbook that works, but the handglove boxes don't close (lock)
even when you lock the car from outside
should this be an software issue ?
ps: sorry for the english i just do my best
