theres the exhaust one that splits occassionally, (cant remember what it's called) then the back intercooler hose which is normally a bitch to change. Bodsys Brake Bible

When my body was off I got them to change all the turbo/intercooler hoses apart from the big one at the airbox. Also got them to check the brake lines. Can't think what else was done.

Exhaust manifold crossover is one to check, some say it can be done without taking box out, if so they must have tiny hands, had mine done twice within 3 months, the reason being the garage that did the clutch didn't fasten it back to the bracket on the top of bellhousing and it flexed and went again, so don't forget that bit

Got on order:
FUEL PUMP KIT (including beltnut)
INTERCOOLER HOSE PMH500025 - drivers side down, around
INTERCOOLER HOSE PMH500223 - these next two connect together
INTERCOOLER HOSE PMH500034 - going down the right hand side
All the coolant pipes were replaced last april, so are still good to go

It's an ideal time to get the front to rear brake pipes replaced!

good idea re the brake pipes matey, visual check confirms all is well, crosss over pipe inspected and ok, however webbing on the outside seems a wee bit worn so DIY fix in place and at £300+ got better things to spend on like new calipers

You might consider a good clean down & WaxOyl when all work is done before remounting the body.

I jokingly suggested the bods at Guava that they wheel the lower bit out & I'll give in a bit of a clean. They thought I was serious but it was a big no-no as would make mating the two halfs a lot more difficult. More difficult = more time = more costs.
