Urgent help, would you lend your D3? |
|
Chaps,
I may have a buyer for my car but I need it over Easter to get to lakes and back.
Does anyone have their D3 as a 2nd car and would you be prepared to hire it out to me for 12days?
If so please PM me and let me know as it'd be a shame to lose a buyer but I won't have another option as I need to tow with it MY15 DIY Black Pack (Better than factory and half the price!)

I take your point, but at least with the hire car you'd be free from any potential financial liabilities, other than the excess for the CWD or whatever. If you borrowed a D3/4 and it then had some major mechanical failure, would that be covered by a fully comp. insurance policy? If it had a Warranty, does that allow for the vehicle being lent or hired to another person?
Just playing devils advocate, with my boring adviser hat on as I'm a firm believer in Sod's Law.
Hope you get something sorted either way and I wish I was off to the Lakes 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
