Update IID App on Ipad

Dumbo here

I have updated the IID Tool. And am told to update the ipad app
I keep getting Tool doesnt respond after it finds it on the ipad.

I get to 6 and then hit the problem

Anyone to the rescue please!

you can either do it by leaving it on the USB and try it again, or try in the car, provided your ipad is connected to the internet RLD Sump Guard

Hmmmm

No luck with that. Pity. it was working before I updated the firmware.

I have re installed the firmware with no joy but shall keep trying

United Kingdom 2008 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Stornoway GreyDiscovery 3

As soon as you flash the firmware on the tool and get the update mobile message, leave the tool plugged in WITH the message still on the PC screen, then update your iPad ... Once updated then you can click ok. Works for me all the time. If I click ok first the PC disconnects power to the tool.

Leave the tool in the usb.

Have your iPad connected to the internet.

Then turn off the bluetooth on your iPad.

Wait 5 secs then turn the bluetooth back on.

Then find the tool, all should be good.
