That's the winch version so be aware you will have to cut away some plastic to fit it if you've not got a winch

I've had alook at the mantec one that DSL's got and after looking at it seems to be the same shape and size as the winch type but its hasn't got the two pieces welded on the top side of it, so I'm looking into modifiying my winch type to fit without cutting the bumper, will post pic's when done. Focus ST500
