Unable to read module faults

Trying my GAPII BT out today for the first time, I tried to access various modules and got Fault codes and they were not available.

Read ccf Backup-Operation failed Code E0

SAS- Operation failed Code E3
Park Brake-Operation failed Code E3
RLM- Operation failed Code E3

The tool has the latest version software and has identified one fault which I am aware of and have a replacement to fit.
B1D97-492F Tilt Sensor internal failure

Are the above "E Codes" generic or specific to the GAP ?

Another question-how do you guys take a "Screenshot" of the GAP page on your iPhones/iPads and save it ?

If all those models are on the same can bus e.g. mscan hscan
Then poor contacts on the diagnostic plug.

Screen shot by pressing 2 buttons on phone.
Hold Right and press left top I think ?

Thanks for the fast reply Pete-appreciated Thumbs Up
I'll start by giving the OBD socket a good clean first but I remember cleaning it when I took the complete dash & console out earlier in the year to replace the upper dash which had cracked in the sun. Have visitors here this week so will try a quick clean with switch cleaner first and if that fails will delve deeper with the multimeter.
Will update with progress.

Does anyone use a Windows laptop with USB lead or Bluetoth connection to the GAPIIBT- would be handy for printing readouts etc ?

I've just ordered a new OBD2 connector, prewired, just in case it turns out that the one on the car is dodgy for £8 Idea

It’s usually pin size problems rather than dirt.
An obd extension maybe an idea.

USB cable is mainly for updating the tool

My Mongoose (JLR SDD) OBD adaptor/Interface works fine but maybe the pins may be slightly larger but it's difficult to measure the exact pin sizes given the shroud on the plug body.
I have a spare male OBD2 extension lead that I could adapt initially by wiring the socket I have ordered to it to check continuity.
Thanks for your suggestion-I hadn't thought of that Idea Laughing Bow down

Sent GAP support an email outlining the codes etc and he suggests doing a hard reset and trying the tool out again. I will do that tomorrow and update GAP and here.
