It’s not correct as a D3 TDV6 isn’t euro 6.
Edit: most D4s are not even euro 6!

It depends on what co2 figures have been registered on the v5c a lot of vehicles have been registered wrong.
I have seen a range rover registered with very low emmissions from new and was only paying £30 road tax.
The ulez system uses the DVLA information and nobody seems to be checking or putting it right.

Saw a D3 on eblag the other week advertised as ULEZ compliant, it was on the site checker they used which was incorrect.

No LEZ charge due for this vehicle
The LEZ is different from the ULEZ - it doesn't apply to cars and motorbikes. This vehicle either meets the required emission standards, is exempt from or not affected by the scheme, or is subject to a 100% discount.
Its a 2004 real early one if that makes any difference ?

Didn’t think Diesel D3s where Euro 6 engines but see petrol Euro 4s are allowed in ULEZ,
Mine is diesel Euro 4 which means I would have to pay £12.50 on top of congestion charge during weekdays
Have checked again same results, not to much of an issue as I have free parking by a london station, so cheaper to jump on the train, although you can drive ‘why’ still costs a fortune to park 🤓🤓Discovery 3 HSE 07
