Ive gone and done it, deposit paid on a D4 2010 HSE in Bali Blue. (see my gallery)
Ive had the D3 XS (Manual) for over two years and was very happy with it unitill...
Last November at the Preston meet I had a good look round Cherokee's D4, and Ive got to admit I was hooked.
The new dash the , the Auto box, the 3 sunroofs, Ipod and USB and Bluetooth alll built in, Piano Black and the mood lighting... I was smitten, I really wanted one 1.
And again at the LR factory tour in December some of the forum guys kept telling me that I should get one and that I really needed one. They even resorted to humiliating my poor D3 from the lights between the hotel and the Solihull factory. ( They know who they are !!!! )
And again at the Buxton weekend in January I had the chance to have a good look round the many D4's and decided to take the plunge.
So after 3 months of logging on to Autotrader and LR Used Vehicles every day and searching for a decent deal I finally found one two weeks ago.
I found myself (at a local Jaguar dealership in Manchester) a 2010 Bali Blue HSE first registered in Aug2010 with Privacy,
Tow Pack, Side Steps and the usual HSE refinements. it has a Black interior and only 17,000 miles on the clock. (see my gallery)
The really good news is that I discovered (via the forum) that it was previously owned by another forum member and he has since provided me with an extensive history of the car, to be honest the Disco is in near perfect condition and a great credit to him.
I collect the Disco on the 26th of April once the paperork and plate registration is all transfered and complete, as I said I cant wait to just go out and drive it. (Permagrin allready)
So I'm allready thinking about Timed Climate, Remote FBH and a full size spare, not that I have any money left.
I will post some more pictures when I finally collect her.

I bet you can't wait Phil. I have had my D4 just over a week now and loving every minute of it. Within 2 days of picking her up I got Wiggs to fit the remote FBH, it a fantastic mod to have.

Hi Dan, thanks and Yes I have an RLD protectior its actually still in the polythene bag I got it in when I bought it off Ray at Buxton. (I've been to lazy to fit it)
Will the 18" protector will be OK, for a 20" spare or will I need a new one.
