Are the OBD port locks worth it, as in they do the job well and not easily bypassed / removed? Not too keen for relocating if I can help it. (Good place to relocate to?)

Would a hidden in-line switch in brake light switch wiring prevent starting and gear selection. D4

I have seen quite a few vans that have a hidden push switch in the cab for the starter circuit, no push = no crank.
I would hazard a guess some smart bod could work out the wire number and where to locate it.
