Has Turbochip done a runner ??? |
|
Does anybody know if Turbochip is still in business? I have called him on his mobile, left messages, sent him emails and PM and no reply? Or is it that he is interested only in new customers ? Come on Chris!!! Where are you? I want my car tuned.

According to that RRSport link ...there is a bit of smoke then...but lets not jump to conclusion until we hear from Chris and give him a chance.

Gentlemen,
Can we stop the silly suggestion that Turbochip "has done a runner"....it's at least a joke and at worst a slanderous remark.
Turbochip is still here but unfortunately I am in the middle of a Director dispute between myself an RTC ( forum member on rrsport.co.uk)
I am here and if anyone needs me urgently then PM or call me 07957 309640 and leave a message
Many thanks

Chris,
Reading all the positive comments about your product and your customer support you sound like a decent bloke. I hope for your sake you manage to resolve the issues between yourself and your partner.

Chris, I did PM you, emailed you and left massages on your mobile. Nothing much happened since. I have send you the first PM about 8 weeks ago. I know you are bussy and understand your present problems, but I believe a good part of your income is coming from people on this forum and you should pay attention to them. Could you please give us an estimate when can you go back to help some of your customers? I have never intended to undermind your position in this forum and following our meeting back in December 05 I still believe that you are an onest chap. However I would appreciate a resolution to the present situation.

Easy,
Thanks for your comments
I never 'wash' my 'dirty laundry' in public but RTC is intent on harming our Turbochip brand.
The post by RTC is factually incorrect.....I am not going to enter into a 'public debate' about the contents of RTC's post but all can say is that his claims have not been tested in a court of law and are pure conjecture at this present time.
Turbochip (the brand) is owned by Commercial Power Solutions Ltd of which I am one of the Directors and RTC is the other.
TC use the Autologic systems to deliver the TC file into your vehicle. Autologic control the licence system and as such they will provide further upgrades should the need arise after a 'dealer update' etc.
Whoever ultimately owns TC should have no problem in honouring any upgrade carried out by any other TC dealer.

Again, thread locked for exactly the same reasons as before.
Both sides have had their say and I don't want DISCO3 drawn into the argument - therefore until it is resolved this thread is closed.
